Minimally invasive implant therapy and immediacy in the esthetic zone is increasingly raising interest of the dental community because of the clinical benefits it provides in terms of biological response, reduced morbidity, post op recovery, length and cost of treatment. In the mean time, digitalisation is propelling our field into a more computerized and integrated workflow.
These changes should allow the clinicians to approach diagnosis, surgery and final restorative as whole unique and connected treatment process. The constant effort of the industry to provide performant materials and instruments design combined with the ongoing evolution of CAD-CAM soft and hardware lead clinicians to modify clinical protocols toward a more efficient, minimally invasive and streamlined treatment process. This lecture will discuss up-to-date and optimized workflow from digital diagnosis to final crown delivery in the esthetic area through digital and minimally invasive approach.
